Deeply human support, without judgment and away from the noise of the world. Together, we explore your inner resources to move through life transitions and find a path that feels right for you.

The manifesto
« The original disconnection does not occur with the outside world, but with ourselves. The deepest loss is that of our own authenticity, sacrificed in order to survive. »— Gabor Maté

Philosophy & Approach
You are neither “broken” nor “crazy”. Suffering, fear and stress are often signals asking for attention and space so their meaning can emerge.
In this space, there are no “patient” labels and no judgment. The answers are already within you: together, with curiosity and compassion, we explore the obstacles and patterns that keep you from living fully.
My approach is integrative. Drawing on the biopsychosocial model and on cognitive and affective neuroscience, our work extends beyond the intellectual sphere. It embraces the mind, the felt experience of the body and your environment, allowing us to meet you as a whole person.
Training & certifications
I am currently completing my university degree in psychology.
